Honourable P.O.C. Okwara, Chairman, Orlu Local Government Area, Imo State, Nigeria addressing the student participants at the 2007 World AIDS Day Rally in his local government ground. He was awarded the most outstanding Chairman of the Year by WYPO, the first Local Government Chairman who immensely contributed in making such an event successful in the history of Imo State existence. Also, he was made the Father of the Day on that fateful day. |
